Separation is a major crisis in anyone's life - but it's not the end. There are many important issues requiring immediate decisions. Early advice about children's issues, maintenance and property can take alot of worry off your shoulders.

Our principal, Ted Skuse, has more than 30 years' experience in these areas and offers a pratical approach to all Family Law problems. Our objective is to resolve Family Law problems wherever possible, without recourse to contested Court hearings, which are financially and emotionally draining.

Our Scale Of Charges:
Our charges are based on a simple scale, similar, but slightly lower than the Family Court scale of fees. Professional fees are charged at the rate of $135.00 per hour. We do not provide a free initial consultation, but you will receive immediate valuable and practical advice.

Fees can be deferred to completion in suitable cases (conditions apply). Expect to pay $100 for your initial consultation. We cannot provide telephone advice until you are enrolled as a client at interview.
